Q1: Any quality guarantees for your products? 

A: We provided 5 years warranty for our high bay light. During this period, Any defective item caused by quality issues will be our responsibility, please kindly take pictures or videos to our engineer team for inspecting, Once it been verified, 

We would replace new items with the transportation charged being paid by us.  

Q2: What certificates do you hold? 

A: CE(EMC/LVD), RoHS, SAA, TUV-GS certificates.  

Q3: How do you help us to save freight cost? 

A: We will give you best solution based on your order quantity, and freight quotation can be sent within 1 hours.  

Q4: Do you have any MOQ limited? 

A: We don't have MOQ demand, even only one piece LED high bay llight is acceptable in order to better support our customers.  

Q5: What is your capacity? 

A: We are a high-tech enterprise (ISO9001: 2008/14001: 2004 approved), we have set 3 automated production lines and more than 20 aging frames with powerful daily capacity- 2000PCS/day(tube light), 1500PCS/day(panel light), 500PCS/day ( high bay light).  

Q6: What's the lead time? 

A: Sample: 3-7 days. Mass production: 7-15 days depends on the order quantity.  

Q7: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take? 

A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT. It usually takes 4-5 days to arrive. By air, by sea are also acceptable.  

Q8: Can you print customers' logo on your products? 

A: Sure, we can print your logo on product for free only when the quantity is over 500PCS per time. And any OEM&ODM cases are highly welcome.  

Q9: Do you also manufacture other types of LED lighting products? 

A: Yes, we can also provide LED tubes, LED Flood light, LED panel light and street light;  

Q10: What is the brand of LED driver and LED chip you ued for these panel lights? 

A: LED Driver: Mainly Meanwell, MOSO, Lifud power supply, also choose other CE TUV qualified LED driver with high power factor. It epends on customer's market demand. 

LED Chip: Samsung SMD5630 LED chip, LM-80 approved Epistar SMD2835 LED chips, with high luminous and high CRI over 82RA.
